ASAŞ Aluminum is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Aluminum Profiles organization.
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage end-to-end quality processes and lead a team of approximately 50 highly motivated and creative professionals. In this role, you will work with advanced and innovative technologies in an international environment while ensuring the highest quality standards for our global customers in the automotive and various industrial sectors.
What Awaits You in This Role?
- Define and continuously improve quality standards across all processes, including cast house, surface treatment, and extrusion operations
- Lead quality control activities in production processes and effectively manage a highly motivated team
- Ensure that all activities within the Quality Management System comply with relevant standards
- Plan and conduct internal audits, select auditors, and evaluate and report audit results
- Initiate and successfully implement quality improvement projects, generating forward-looking solutions
- Lead the development and sustainability of a strong quality culture across the organization
What Kind of Leader Are We Looking For?
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the quality function within a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO/TS 22163 and AS9100
- Good command of MS Office and QM- module of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
