We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for a leading manufacturing company in aluminium industries in Turkey.
You are going to manage ~50 highly motivated, creative people of your team, working in advanced, innovative technology of international environment. Leading the Quality Assurance Management for our customer, worldwide companies from Automotive and many other various sectors.
What Are We Expecting?

To determine and continuously improve the quality standards in all processes of our factory's foundry, surface treatment and extrusion processes and to raise the quality bar to the highest level,

To lead quality control activities in production processes and manage a highly motivated team,

To ensure that the activities carried out within the scope of the quality management system are organized according to the standards, taking action when necessary, ensuring that internal audit activities are conducted appropriately and completely, selecting auditors, and evaluating and reporting audit results,
-
To successfully plan and implement quality improvement projects, generating future-oriented solutions.
What kind of leader are we looking for?

Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
-
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a management position /quality area,

Experienced in Quality Management Systems Standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO/TS 22163,

Good command of MS Office and QM- module of ERP system (SAP most preferred),

Has experience in the automotive sector,

Advanced level of English language skills,

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Strong leadership and team management skills,

Goal oriented,
-
High level skills in problem solving and analytical thinking.
